Recap: 2nd Annual Fitness Extravaganza
The 2nd Annual Fitness Extravaganza events have proven to be resounding successes! The Adult Fitness event, held on August 5th, brought together a diverse range of participants who indulged in a variety of fitness experiences. From the serene practice of yoga to the high-intensity interval training of HITT Step, the event offered a rich array of fitness flavors. Attendees engaged in activities that activated different muscle groups, grooved to line dancing beats, pedaled through a neighborhood bike ride, and even got their hearts pumping with double dutch aerobics.
Following this triumph, the Youth Fitness event took place on August 19th. The young participants reveled in a dynamic assortment of fitness activities. The offerings included invigorating dance sessions, comprehensive fitness assessments, challenging obstacle courses, and an empowering self-defense class.
My heart brims with gratitude for our remarkable hosts, Nick Mials "DJTrixx" and Dawn "Soy." Their infectious energy and precise timekeeping ensured that participants were thoroughly entertained and the schedule ran seamlessly. I extend my heartfelt appreciation not only to them but also to my AMAZING photographer Paisleyrenee' Photography and our dedicated trainers, who wholeheartedly contributed to the success of these events. Their efforts have truly brought our community closer together, fostering a sense of unity and well-being that we can all be proud of. Thank you to everyone involved!!!!
