Whitney Miner is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Plant-Based Chef, and founder of Eat Plants & Prosper. She is passionate about helping her community get healthy by teaching the transformative benefits of mindful eating, movement, and meditation. She encourages others to achieve optimal health through a holistic approach of finding balance and mindfulness in all aspects of life. When she's not in the kitchen cooking up new recipes, coaching clients, leading workshops, or teaching yoga classes, Whitney enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family, and friends.
